Apply finishing processes as required, including foil stamping, UV coating, reverse printing, textured varnish, and embossing
Perform bonding using fully automated equipment, assemble with precision, and inspect structural integrity
After a full inspection of finished products, pack according to customer specifications, ensure proper protection, and apply labels with notes
Arrange logistics, sea freight, or air freight; provide tracking numbers and monitor shipment delivery

Our standard minimum order quantity is 10,000 units. We also accept small-batch orders of 1,000–2,000 units, though the unit cost will be relatively higher. If needed, we can provide a quote for smaller quantities for your comparison.

We accept vector files in AI, PDF, CDR, and EPS formats, as well as high-resolution PSD files at 300 DPI or higher.
The production lead time depends on the order quantity and production complexity. For small-batch orders with simple processes, the lead time is approximately 7–15 days; for large-batch orders with complex processes, the lead time is 30 days or more.

We have over 10 years of experience in international trade and export, with products sold to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We are fully familiar with customs clearance and compliance requirements for each destination.
We do not offer rush processing for standard orders. However, for special urgent requests, we can coordinate on a case-by-case basis to complete production within the required timeframe. To ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery, we generally recommend planning and placing your order 1–3 months in advance.
We offer a full range of surface finishing techniques, including hot foil stamping (gold, silver, and colored), varnishing, laminating, embossing, spot UV and reverse UV, debossing, relief printing, screen printing, and more. Our standard payment method is wire transfer (T/T): a 50% deposit is required before mass production begins, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment.
We are a specialized manufacturer 100% dedicated to packaging and printing, with over 10 years of industry experience and a 7,000-square-meter standardized production facility. You are always welcome to visit our factory in China.
We are certainly happy to provide samples. If you choose samples from our in-stock inventory, they are free of charge; you only need to cover the shipping costs. If you require custom samples based on your design, we typically charge a prototyping fee of $100 per piece.
